Samhita Vachana, our free weekly series on the Charaka Samhita, is now in its first cycle. It began on Sunday, 26 July 2026, and runs for 12 Sundays.
How each session works
Every Sunday we take one sutra through three steps:
- Vachana: we read the sutra together.
- Vitarka: we reason through what it means.
- Vignyan: we look at a real, anonymised case from our clinics where the principle applies.

- Every Sunday, 4:00 to 5:00 PM IST
- Live online
- Cycle 1 covers the Charaka Samhita Sutrasthana
- Taught in English with Sanskrit shlokas, with Marathi and Hindi explanations where natural
- Free registration
- A participation certificate for each completed 12-week cycle
Course completion does not confer any government-recognized degree unless explicitly stated for specific programs.
